..Four road projects to be completed in a few weeks
…Sets to award contracts for more road construction

The Bamigboye led administration in Mushin Local Government, has has completed another road project in Itire area of Ward G, in Mushin Local Government.

The road construction along Bola Street, in Lawanson community, under the Itire (Ward G) which commenced in March, 2025, has been completed with interlock paving stone surface, concrete drainage on both sides of the road and Solar Powered Street lights. The newly constructed road is a link to Okeolu street and Akinyemi street which were completed recently, as part of efforts to open up road connectivity along the Itire – Lawanson axis.

The Executive Chairman of Mushin Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Bamigboye had always reiterated his commitment and dedication to the service of his constituents, following his determination to continue executing projects till his last day in office.

The award winning council chairman who clinched the award of the Best Chairman in Roads and Rural Integration projects, in Nigeria, has completed numerous impactful projects in Mushin.

He succeeded in the construction and completion of Mushin Main Market project which has been abandoned for years.

The administration has also brought relief to traders operating along Ladipo with his road rehabilitation intervention, which has made the road motorable from the Palm Avenue junction to Agege motor road linking Post Office road.

The newly constructed Bola street will serve as an alternative route for motorists who wish to drive through Okeolu, to link Pako Eleja/Mushin road from Lawanson axis.

Other ongoing road projects are; Adefimihan, Iworo street, Kosobameji and Market street, which will be completed in the next couple of weeks.

The council mayor is also putting his pen on paper to award another set of road construction in the coming week as everything is set to dot all the necessary letterings for the commencement of the project.
